Orders will be shipped from local warehouses from November 2024

You may cancel order within two hours of submitting your order. 

  1. We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processingtime + Deliverytime.
  2. Once you have placed your order, you can cancel it at any time within two hours. The contract is completed upon receipt of the order.
  3. The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
  4. Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.
  • As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
  • Starting November 1, 2024, all orders will be shipped by USPS from local warehouses. The usual delivery time is 2-5 business days.
  • “JIUFU”3D is not responsible for shipment delayed situations that are outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe weather storm.
  • We are not responsible for the items you have placed in the mail. We will not cover you for loss by courier company. That is where your tracking number comes in. If your items get lost in the mail, you will need to lodge a formal investigation with the courier company for them to cover you for the loss/damages of your items. If you choose not to ship your items tracked or signed for, and your items become lost, you will not be reimbursed for your loss/damages. “JIUFU”3D will not pay to cover the cost of postage and lost items in the mail. Courier company will be your primary contact for loss/damages under their services.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.

For non-US domestic orders “JIUFU” 3D is not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All costs (duties, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after transportation are the responsibility of the customer.

The following situations are not covered by “JIUFU” after-sales service:

  1. Accidents caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.).
  2. Deterioration of service conditions caused by social problems (such as unrest, war, strikes, government regulation, etc.).
  3. Due to the customer’s intentional or negligent, improper preservation, improper use or deliberate destruction of consumables caused by pollution, unpacking (loss of vacuum), loss, wear, damage (bad) destruction, loss, etc.
  4. Other unspecified circumstances affecting secondary sales.
  5. Can not provide purchase records, receipts, invoices, etc. can prove the real existence of the purchase behavior.
  6. Other circumstances not listed but which may cause the service to fail.

“JIUFU” is only a supplier of 3D printer consumables, we only provide services for the performance and quality of the consumables themselves, if you buy or use the consumables for illegal channels, or print illegal products, it has nothing to do with us; We also do not assume the corresponding joint and several liability; And the economic losses or injuries caused by illegal acts are no longer within the scope of the company’s after-sales commitment (compensation).

  1. “JIUFU” does not provide any express or implied commercial, technical and service warranties not covered herein.
  2. “JIUFU” does not guarantee that the products/services provided are completely free of defects, fully meet customer requirements, and that the use of the products/services will not encounter any problems, nor does “JIUFU” guarantee that these defects can be fully repaired.
  3. In any case, “JIUFU” shall not be liable for the direct or indirect economic loss of the customer due to this service description, and “JIUFU” shall not pay more than the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the product/service. At the same time, “JIUFU” does not bear other further expenses.
  4. Purchased parts are not covered by this service specification.
